  • Ensures building is operational regarding OSHA standards and safety regulatory requirements, Performs required testing/inspections/evacuation procedures such as fire drills, fire protection systems, security systems, HVAC systems, emergency power.

  • Provide weekly and monthly report to vice president of all activities and works request.
